Quality policy

The Company’s mission is delivery of the products fulfilling the Customers’ requirements and expectations as the producer of poultry meat and meat products, with simultaneous development and strengthening of economic position in the market. We wish that the name of our Company will be associated by our Customers with safe and healthy food which has excellent taste and nutrition features.


This target is realized by means of:

-observing the requirements of the Food Law, as well as agreed Customer’s requirements, especially in the scope of food safety,
– introducing, keeping and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System for Quality and Food Safety, being in accordance with requirements of Standards: PN – EN ISO 9001, PN – EN ISO 22000 and Standards being obligatory in the Company,
– keeping and continuous improvement of the functioning system of HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points,
– monitoring of the processes which influence the quality and safety of the product,
– planned and systematic carrying out of the physicochemical, microbiological and organoleptic tests of the raw materials and ready-made products,
– providing of the optimum parameters of raw materials and auxiliary materials deliveries,
– systematic and planned training of all the employees in the scope of the applied management systems,
– fulfilling the requirements concerning the environment protection,
– motivation of the employees and providing of the appropriate work conditions.
